Hey, I'm Steff!!
I am a Michigan wedding photographer, capturing timeless, romantic love stories for couples wherever their wedding takes them.
While I'm based in Michigan, I travel often and love documenting weddings near and far- from intimate hometown celebrations to destination weekends surrounded by your favorite people.

* What is your style?
A mixture of candid, authentic, documentary and raw in a romantic and moody vibe
Candid moments are my ABSOLUTE favorite!!
You'll see my work captures connection, little moments of love and fly on the wall docu type photos. Every story is different and I love being there to document it. I do give direction when needed, and I'm there the whole time to add guidance when you feel unsure.
The experience is just as important as the finished product so this is how I approach each session.
* We want to include our dog into the elopement/ ceremony and photos, is that okay?
OMG YES please!!! You can absolutely include your dog (or any fur babies) as part of your special celebration!
* What kind of gear do you use?
I use Nikon z6II and a z7II with multiple lens to capture all the moments, as well as an extra camera body, batteries, and cards.
* Do you travel? Are there any travel fees?
Heck to the YES!! my bags are always packed and ready to go!
Depending on where your Wedding/Elopement is taking place, there may be travel fees /lodging required.
* Will there be a second shooter?
I am completely confident I can capture your day on my own, however there are some benefits to having a second Photographer. You can either choose one of my packages that include a second Photographer, or you can "Add on" a second, to the smaller package for an additional fee.
* Do you shoot elopements?
Absolutely!! In fact, if you are eloping and planning a wedding in any of the Locations listed in the “Dream List”, I will capture your day for free, you just cover the travel fees/lodging :) So where are we going??

* How long have you been photographing weddings?
This is my 8th year. I quit my day job at General Motors in April of '22 to pursue my dream full time and I have never looked back! I truly have fallen in love with weddings and the couples I work/have worked with.
* How many weddings have you photographed?
I have captured more than a 150
* Do you back up your images?
Yes and yes!! All your images are backed up onto multiple external hard drives as well as cloud drives. Cards are not cleared until gallery has been delivered.
* How many images do you deliver?
Unlimited! You can expect 60-80 per hour I am shooting for weddings and other sessions, it depends on the package you choose.
* How do I book you?
Fill out the contact page (or email directly steffedwards@steffedwardsphotography.com) and I will respond with my availability and schedule a phone/zoom consult. If I am open Ono your date, I require a 50% non refundable retainer fee and signed agreement in order to reserve your date. I receive new inquiries everyday so I'll need both of these in order to block off your date. The remaining 50% is due 1 month prior to your wedding date.
